SERVICE CHARGE

We've included a 20% service charge on your bill  to ensure fair and consistent wages for all our staff,

both front-of-house and back-of-house, and to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

This service charge differs from a tip and is not an automatic gratuity. 

Your tip is optional and is given directly to your server as a reward for good service.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

We surcharge 3% on credit cards to help offset processing costs. 

This amount is not more than what we pay in fees.

PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Due to Miami being a high-tourist area with a higher incidence of fraud, 

we require a copy of your ID when you pay with a credit card or Apple Pay. 

This policy is in place for both your protection and ours. 

You may opt out of this policy by paying with cash or by filling out a credit card authorization form.
